I have bet on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at twenty-one. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years back with $750 after 30 mins using this method! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to comprehend that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Bet $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager

Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 wager

Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80

Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
