I have gambled on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at twenty-one. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this method or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet

Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $10 wager

Wager $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first $40 bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial one hundred and 60 dollar wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
