I have enjoyed countless of hands of 21. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this method! And a few months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Wager 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of $10

Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet

Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $20 wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar

Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager

Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial $80 bet

Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
